Knee diagnosis
The medial knee joint compartment has narrowing with peri-articular sclerosis and osteophytes. Is it likely that surgeon would perform " keyhole" surgery to remove the osteophytes and thus relieve the pain I am expereincing ? If this is a likely procedure, would it be done under local anesthetic or would it require a full anesthetic and hospitalisation for a day or two ? Thank you.
