Hallo Brian
Avoid high impact or contact sports such as rugby, soccer, squash, single tennis, jogging. However low impact exercise could be good for you e.g. gym (stationary bike cycling/weights), walking, golf, doubles tennis, swimming, low impact aerobics, dancing, rowing.
