knocks to head- dangerous?
while on holiday a few days ago, I managed to accidentally bump my head against a shelf a couple of times, fairly hard. I've heard scares about epilepsy being triggered off from such- am I at risk? I have had headaches since, but they may well be due to other factors. Anything I can do now?
Ros, you can develop epilepsy after a head injury, but has to be a severe injury. I doubt that you hurt your head enough to cause serious problems, so don’t worry. Good luck.
