Large vagina
Would the medical aid pay for this type of surgery, and how bad are the complications

If there is prolapse, this can be corrected surgically. It is also possible to do an operation to tighten the vagina, but you should consider this very carefully as there are possible complications such as scarring and lack of flexibility of the tissues.

You would have to check this with your particular medical aid.
Complications can occur with any operation. If there is scarring, this can cause painful intercourse.
