leech bite
I went fishing on Saturday, and found a nasty leech, dining between my toes, it might just be coincidence, but I'm showing aggrevated flu-like symptoms, severe body ache, inflamed throaght, splitting headaches. Do these little critters carry diseases ? and should I be worried ?

FE, I don’t know of any serious diseases caused by leeches, but I suppose a secondary bacterial infection is a real possibility. The best would be to see your doctor if it hasn’t cleared up by the time you receive my reply. Good luck.
