Dear Nargis
Basically you require to a) reduce your intake of total fat, saturated fat and cholesterol b) increase your dietary fibre intake for the insulin resistance. If you click on 'Diet' and 'Weight Loss' and 'Slimming Diet' you will obtain a copy of a low-fat, high-fibre diet which you can use as a basis for your menus. If you don't need to lose weight, then you may eat larger portions of the permitted foods. You can also click on 'Old Diet & Food Site' where you will find lots of articles about low-fat and high-fibre foods.
Good luck
