Please suggest why loosing feelings and movemnt in both hands at the same could happen.
The person concerned is 17/18
He was not involved in any type of accident
Can this be genetic??

London, it’s difficult to say without being able to examine him first. It might be due to a neck problem or it might be something more serious like a neurological disorder. The best would be for the person to see a neurologist a.s.a.p. Good luck.
