Love Handles
What exercise can i do to get rid of "love handles"?

I must confess I have never heard of hula hoop as an effective exercise, but I guess it has its merits, so by all means try it out! Always up to suggestions. The other thing that I do believe will work is regular cardio. you see, love handles are purely symptomatic of excess fat being stored, and in some people, it gets stored at this site. In others, it's a different site, but the key is always the same - work at doing the exercise that targets overall body fat and you will, in theory, reduce the fat in those areas too. So this means doing regular cardio exercise. Walking, running, cycling, taebo etc., for 45 minutes or so per day, 4 or 5 days a week. That's the key, to do it consistently, hard enough and for long enough. The combination of all these, plus a healthy diet, will do the trick for you.
