Low fat milk - versus - NO fat milk - which is better ??

Doc - most of us are trying to avoid animal fat - to stay healthy

obviously both - low fat - and no fat - are good !!

but is NO FAT - mssing out on lots of calcium and other vitamins -- ??
because there is NO FAT ??

pse explain which one is the better

Dear Jakes
If you drink low-fat or skim or No fat milk instead of full cream milk you will still be getting ALL the important nutrients like calcium, protein, vit B2, etc from the milk without the fat. So if you want to reduce your fat intake use any one of the listed options.
