Low wblood pressure
My blood pressure ranges from 50-60 (D) and 90-100 (S). Is this okay? If not, what must I do? Are there any side affects that I should aware of?

Dear Dennis
Wishing you a Happy 2005. If your low bp does not result in fainting and dizzy spells then it is generally regarded as harmless. There is no dietary intervention that increases bp, except to use slightly more table salt to increase you sodium intake. Don't overdo the sodium intake as excessive intakes can cause kidney damage.
Best regards
