Hi doc

Currently at gym, I do about 6 different leg exercises. However, I read in the latest Shape, that the lunge targets the whole leg. Would it be wise to do only the lunge, instead of all the other exercies?

The greater the variety - the better. Different exercises work different muscle groups in a varying manner - i.e recruitment patterns of muscles vary so it is beneficial to do different exercises.
