i would like to know, we are in the process of getting divorces since feb 2012, since he left the house he has not contributed a cent towards our daughters costs and has only seen her like 5 times in the time he has left to now. he says because he doesnt want to see me or talk to me. i find this totally unacceptable, as time has gone on it is become more difficult to cover all costs for myself and my daughter alone. i think he should be paying now and not only when divorce goes through? please urgently advise what you think i can do about this?. i did appoint an attorney but the to be ex keeps changing the playing fields whereby dragging things out longer and longer.
