Malaria
Hi CyberDoc,
I'm will be travelling up to Mpumalanga in +/-2 weeks time and would like to know what malaria medication you would recommend and when one should start taking it.
Kind regards
Pinki

Pinki, the best would be to take mefloquine (Lariam®, Mefliam®). You take one tablet a week, starting in the week before you go and then continue taking it for 4 weeks after you’re back. Good luck.
