MALARIA RELAPSE??
my boyfriend had malaria and was in hospital two weeks ago. He has been out of hospital for 1 week and was starting to get better. however he has now started with the same symptoms all over again!! he was at the same place he got malaria the first time two weeks later so he could have been bitten again - but is this really possible??

Mandy, it’s definitely possible to get re-infected, but it might also be that he’s had a relapse. The best would be for him to have blood test done and make sure. Good luck.
