Melasa/fungus
Recently, I learned about a fungus caused melasma, how could be diagnosed - treated?
Thank you
Thank you
Hello ‘Melasma’, thank you for the question.
Unfortunately, I am not aware of a direct link between a topical fungal infection and melasma. My advice would be to consult a dermatologist who could give you more information regarding this possible new link. Typically the treatment for melasma is as follows: Hydroquinone, Tretinoin, Azelaic Acid, and facial glycolic acid peels.
