It's hard to diagnose Depression when someone has been so recently bereaved, as the two conditions are rather similar. The apparent degre of amnesia is unusual, though. It's difficult to advise, when you say you have been seeing "docors", without improvement, without knowing what sort of doctors. Maybe you could usefully try the Dept of Psychiatry at your nearest Medical School, where they should have competent specialists, and can call in advice from a neurologist, or whoever else might seem useful.
