MENOPOUSE
Ek is amper 50, het op 32 ''n histerektomie gehad. Ek het laat verlede jaar begin hot flashes kry. Die apteek en dokter het vir my menograine voorgeskryf wat help vir die hot flashes as ek dit elke 5 ure drink. Dit help egter niks vir my " mood swings" nie. Wat kan ek asseblief daarvoor gebruik?
