Mirena &amp  hi prolcatin levels
I have just been diagnosed with hi prolactine levels and a growth on the pituitary - i have the mirena too - i ''ve had it since 2003 - and replaced it with a new one in 2009.

Could the mirena after so many years not agree with me ?

And what do i do now with hi prolactine levels ?

Thanking you in advance

The high prolactin levels have nothing to do with the Mirena. High prolactin levels are treated with medication such as Bromocriptine. If they are very high, surgery is sometimes done.

Best wishes
