Must I eat all food in the diet?
Hi,
I have just joined the Nutritional Plan, which has recommended the 2700 Calorie plan for me. However, when I eat according to the plan I find that I am eating much more than before I went on the diet. Must I stick exactly to the plan or should I eat a subset of the plan on a daily basis if I feel full???
Please advise.

Dear Malcolm
Try and eat of all the foods on the dietplan, and if you feel full, rather leave some on your plate. But do not leave out all the food of a specific food group.
