Natural testosterone
Can the inclusion of nut oils in the diet have a benefit in improving the testosterone levels in males? My partner hates eating nuts, but needs to increase his tesosterone levels.

I though of using nut oil in cooking instead. I know that heat will destroy some of the nutrients, but thought it might be better than nothing. Are there any other ways to increase testosterone naturally?

There are several advise sites on the internet with tips on how to naturally increase the testosterone levels (I attached two links for you) -

It would however be advisable to consult with a medical doctor that specifically deals with sexual health concerns and testosterone levels – as all men tend to experience difficulty with their levels as they are aging.
