Hi, I would like to know why my nipples only come out when I am cold and are not out permanently like other women, is this normal, and will they come out when I fall pregnent cause I want to breast feed?

Most women do not have erect nipples all the time. They only stand up when it is cold or if they are stimulated. If your nipples are flat most of the time, that is normal. Even if they are inverted, there are methods that can be used to allow you to breastfeed.
