No Energy

Hi Lullu

Firstly I recommend you exercise first thing in the morning, since I know how a tiring day can drain one.
Secondly, exercise is one of the best ways to lose fat (along with a low fat diet), so I'm not a huge fan of supplements, although there seems to be some positive research on CLA. You say yourself, how good you were feeling on the programme you did. Try to remember this feeling every time you don't want to exercise.
I really think it is worth the effort - not only for weight control purposes, but because of the phenomenal benefits both phsiologically and emotionally.
Try to get a friend to exercise with you or consider doing some classes.

Also, go to the fitness page on this website and click on Shape up for Summer - there are several other motivational articles there ans some exercise ideas.

Good luck and try to persevere!
