no sperm, what can help?
My husband went to 2 doctors 1 fertility treatment centre the other a urologist both says sorry your can't have kids due to maybe an illness during chlidhood. now not producing sperm. The only checks done was sperm count twice and physical exam.
Just one more question we did not ask at the time.
Can he be treated with testostrine? Or any thing to help?

Dear C

Apart from the sperm analysis it is imperative that a testicular biopsy be done to verify whether there is any sperm production within the testicle. If sperm production can be confirmed within the testicle then it is still possible to have conception using invitro fertilisation with microinjection technology. Testosterone will not improve sperm production. A testicular biopsy is important to distinguish between obstructive and non- obstructive causes of azoospermia (no sperm in the ejaculate).
