nose bleeds
Getting regular nose bleeds for no apparent reason. Used to have them occasional during the dry Highveld winter, but now get them all the time. Blood pressure is fine.

Sands, I assume that you’re not anaemic or hypertensive. It sounds like you might be suffering from swollen mucous membranes of the nose due to chronic irritation like in the case of an allergy. You should try not to rub or blow your nose too hard. The best would be to see a doctor as nose bleeds usually occur in a specific area in the nose (Little’s area) and cauterising this area will put a stop to it once and for all. Good luck.
