Not sleeping
hi

I am finding it difficult to sleep through the night. I keep waking up and not being able to get back to sleep for a few hours.

I recently quit smoking but i am using nicotine patches which i remove about 1 - 2 hours before bed, but i still struggled to sleep a few days before i quit, tho my cig intake was reduced at that time.

What could the problem be?

Dear Buffs
It could be a withdrawal effect. Try taking 2 Biral at night - you can buy over the counter.
