Numbness in fingers and toes
Hi there
I often experience numbness in some of my fingers and then other times in some of my toes. I then sort of rub it and it eventually goes away. Not pins and kneedles but real numbness that tingles and feels uncomfortable, what could be the cause of this?
Thanks
Michele

Hi Michele
Pins and needles usually indicate nerve problems - it could just be that you need Vit B complex supplements - let your GP just have a look please?
