Omega-3 fats and Multivitamins
How do Nutrilite's "Daily" multivitamins and "Salmon Omega-3" compare to other less expensive products? Any suggestions on alternative or generic type products with similar impact? Thanks

Dear ASD
You can certainly shop around at your chemist for cheaper multivitamin and mineral supplements. As long as you are getting the same amount of say omega-3 for the cheaper price, there is no earthly reason why you can't use alternatives. Get the chemist to help you check out the many products they sell.
