OVER GYMING - STRAINI8NG YOUR MUSCLES
Hi there

I am a first time gym junkie , and tried to overdo it on the first night .
Now my mucles ( bi-ceps) are extremely " tight" , and hurt like hell.
Is there anything to help take the pain away ??

Just don't push such heavy weights - or do so many repetitions next time. The pain will subside in 24 - 48 hours, so I think just be patient. It will go away!
