Pacemaker and mamogram
I am 36 years. I have never had a mamogram.
I have a permanent pacemaker above my left breast. Can I go for a mamogram. Is there any risks of damage to the pacemaker.

Engela, they will shield the pacemaker if they need to, but you’re a bit young to go for a mammogram if you don’t have a history of breast cancer. Good luck.
