Last night I got a pain in my middle back (it is not my kidneys as I had Kidney Pipe Infection before) the pain progressed to my right shoulder. The pain is a numbing and sharp pain. It almost feels as if it`s burning. What could this be?

Hi Landi
This could be an acute muscle spasm or a pinched nerve. Pain in the diaphragm can also cause referred pain in the shoulder. Best to have a doctor examine you especially if you feel short of breath.
