Pain in ankles
For the past 4-5 months I have been experiencing muscular pain in my ankles when I start to walk after waking up in the morning or when I have sat still for quite a while.

It seems to go away after during exercise or if I walk for a while.

I am moderately overweight and 33 years of age.

Should I ignore this or get it checked out ?

M, the worst thing you can do is to ignore change. It might be nothing, but it might also be a problem with the blood vessels in your legs or something else. The best would be to have it checked out and be sure. Good luck.
