pain on the chest to the back
Iam suffering from a severe pain on the chest which penetrate to the back. When i take a deep breath, have some kind of pressure on my chest and sometimes when i swallow. The pain feels like i have some kind of a wound.Iam asking what could be the problem.
Viola, it sounds like it might be pleurisy, but the problem is that pleurisy seldom causes pain when swallowing. The fact that it’s painful when you swallow is troublesome as it might be a sign of an oesophagus problem. The best would be to see your doctor and have it sorted out. Good luck.
