I am a very athletic male who has very painful joints especially knees, wrists and ankels, I gym daily and am 33 years old and I am also busy practising to run a marathon. Please assist as to what could be causing the pain.

Hds, it is probably due to inflammation due to the training. You can try taking a long-acting anti-inflammatory like Brexecam® for a couple of days, but if it doesn’t improve the best would be to see your doctor. Good luck.
