pcos hairloss
I am 30 years old and have been diagnosed with PCOS.
I have experienced hair loss for years now. Even though I don''t have bold spots, I can see a difference in the thickness of my hair over time.
I also have excessive hair on my upper legs.
Is the hairloss reversable?
Will exercise help to reduce the hairloss and will my hair ever return to its former volume?
What can I do?

The treatment for the PCOS should help somewhat with hair loss. I doubt that exercise would be useful. You could also try a shampoo combination called Vi-gro.
