Pediatric chiropractic
My little boy is due to be born at the end of January, my wife and I are very excited.

A couple of pregnancy magazines I've read had articles about taking newborns to chiropractors to eliminate problems such as colic and other spinal/orthopedic problems.

A chiropractor even visited our pre-natal classes.

On doing a bit of research, I have found hundreds of websites claiming that pediatric chiropractic (and chiropractic in general) are fake, money making scams that can cause more damage then help.

I obviously want the best for my child... but who do I believe?

Should babies be taken to chiropractors as a matter of course, as a few pregnancy magazines have indicated?

DadToBe, this is thee weirdest thing I have heard yet. To me it sounds like taking your newborn to the cardiothoracic surgeon to prevent him from developing a heart attack at the age of 50. I think it doesn’t make sense, but speak to your paediatrician about it. Good luck.
