Factord that need to be considered include: your age, how the injury occurred, the type of fracture, if you have had any surgery on your pelvis, how long it has been since you had the surgery, whether you can fully weight bear on the hip and how much pain free range of movement you have in the hip area.

I advise that you consult the services of a physiotherapist or a biokineticist, who would be able to assess you and advise the exercises appropriate to your phase of rehabilitation (most likely to be Pelvic stabilty exercises).
