Hi Doc,
Its been 6 months after my child''s birth and have not received my periods , Please also advise what are the chances of conceiving should I have unprotected sex as I''m not on a pill during the absence of my periods?

If you are breastfeeding yu will not have periods. You could fall pregnant though.
