physiotherapy for rotator cuff syndrome
Dear Cyber Doc
I have been suffering from shoulder pain for about one year now. I can't rotate or lift my right arm fully. I was told that I am suffering from rotator cuff syndrom. I was given cortisone injections twice but the pain returned after two weeks.
My question is: will there be any relief if I go for physiotherapy. If yes, what do you suggest? Please advice me as I am desparate.

Dilini, it might help to ease the pain and strengthen the muscles – definitely worth a try. Good luck.
