Pinched nerve
I posted a message a while back and you ad it was a pinched nerve. Could you please explain what this is and hows does one actually get it.

Jo, basically it means that something is pressing on the nerve and causing it to interpret this pressure as pain in the structure the nerve supplies. It can be due to a vertebra, a intervertebral disc, a ligament or even muscles. Taking anti-inflammatory drugs usually help, but they often only do so for a limited amount of pain. Good luck.
