hi guys, i need help....i lost a company software(its a flash-like object), i told them today that its lost only to discover that the item is worth about R200k and its not insured. now they are expecting me to pay for it..( i dont have that kind of money)...........i was in process of resigning this month, i got a better offer elsewhere.....now how do i tell the boss that i am resigning while he''s expecting me to pay for the item?......i want to resign in a good manner
