i had a miscarriage in oct last year. i just found out that i am pregnant between 4 and 5 weeks. i need your help. how can i take care of myself to avoid another miscarriage. wat extra care should be taken so this pregnancy can develop into a healthy and normal pregnancy.

As the other respondents have said, miscarriages tend to occur if there is an underlying problem with the pregnancy, not related to anything you can do. It would be important to book early and see your doctor regularly. Folate tablets would be a good idea. Other than this, a healthy lifestyle with balanced diet, no smoking or alcohol would be advisable.
