Pregnancy and Spices
Hi there
I was wondering if there are any spices that should be avoided during pregnancy.
I have recently discovered a new drink called Spiced Chai Tea. It is Rooibos tea and has Cardimom, Cinamon, Cloves, Nutmeg and Ginger in it. Is is okay for me to drink it or should I rather avoid it?
Many thanks!
Jacqui
