I have these sores on my private parts, my Doc says it' s because of heat. But now I also get them on my armpits. What is this exactly. It' s very itchy and sore and white liquid comes out when you squeeze.

It could be an infection of the staphilococ bacteria. Try using an antiseptic soap to bath with, and put Bactroban on the pimple as soon as it appears. If it is really bad, you could ask your doctor to put you on an oral antibiotic for a week or two.
