My son is now 19 years of age he mentioned yesterday and again this evening that his having rapid heart beat. I could only get an appointment with the Dr tomorrow late afternoon. Could you please shed some light.

As long as he is not cold, clammy, dizzy or have chest pain, he could hang in there but if it gets worse, rather take him to the emergency unit at your nearest hospital.
