What would I need to see a dermatologist for exactly, I asked about advise on body odour??

The general cause for body odour is the presence of bacteria in perspiration. A dermatologist will do some tests to establish if there is an abnormally high bacterial content in your perspiration. Excessive sweating can be treated by a dermatologist with botox injections.
