i am 6wks pregnant. i have noticed that there is a yellowish-whitish discharge. is it serious or not

If it is itchy or smelly, it would suggest an infection. If not, it may be normal as there is more natural discharge during pregnancy. I would suggest though that you mention it to your doctor when you next see him/her.
