Reflexology for painful mensruation
My daughter of 17 suffers from painful menstruation. Our GP has put her on the contracetive pil to try and ease her pain but it made no significant difeerence. She stopped takin it and we then took her to a therapeutic reflexologist and after 8 weekly treatments she had her first period with basically no pain! Usually the day before she starts her period she has the most pain - but this month she had none and only a little discomfort on her 1st day. No painkillers...
