Repayment of placement fees
Hi

I have had a job offer - but the acceptance letter has a clause which states that if during a 2 year period I terminate the employment contract I will be liable to pay the full placement fee - and half if I terminate in the second 12 mth period. Is this legally enforceable??

Please advise soonest as I need to accept or decline within 24-36 hours

re: Repayment of placement fees

If the contract does have a stipulation in it you might be liable to pay those placement fees.
