what does male infertility means?does it mean that male cant get sperms or nocturnal emission?will all men who gets sperms will be able to reproduce?will there be any man who doesnt get sperms at all?how do we term that problem?

Male infertility means that the male either has too little sperm, abnormal sperm ( moves too slowly) or no sperm ( if he lost a testicle). It can be tested in a laboratory to see if it is normal and whether he will be able to produce strong enough sperm to produce a baby.
