Rice milk vs cows milk
Hi there
Can I give my 16 month old toddler rice milk now, instead of formula. He continually has a blocked nose and now has a cough. His nose runs from time to time, but the mucous is clear.
Any other suggestions welcome.

yes you can. i would add a multivitamin like Kindervital to make sure he gets all the nutrition. Most children I see these days have a sensitivity for cow milk and they generally do much better on rice or goats milk.
